D&D 5E - Homebrew advice: Adding feats to custom backgrounds

I don't know if I would favor rolling, personally, since other than ability scores, nothing about character generation is normally rolled. However, if other elements (such as race) is random as well, it would make more sense then.

But, if your group is in favor for it, all is well.
