If you have your order number, file a better business bureau complaint. They won't respond to emails. I had a similar issue with another figure that I pre-ordered in 2022Thanks for the advice. I did just that and immediately got a response from someone over at CR. Their response was "Neither of the items that you have bought in the order you provided have been released yet...As soon as we receive the shipment, the order will start to process out. So basically I won't get it until after March 31st. This wouldn't make me as angry if they just said they made a mistake instead of lie to my face, even though I said in my messages this was a preorder from 2022 and others have received theirs. I think this is the last time I use Crunchy Roll.
